關於學程

學程緣起

Program Origins

人文教育對社會的重要性從未喪失,但是社會對於人文教育更有著實踐的期盼,人文教育不應當只是與實踐脫節的理論教育,而是有能力回應社會需求的實踐教育,將社會所需的人文精神及文化價值透過實踐注入社會。如何培養出具備人文素養並願意對社會做出貢獻的人才,這是從事人文教育的工作者的核心關懷。

The importance of humanistic education to society has never diminished; however, society now holds a greater expectation for its practical application. Humanistic education should not merely be theoretical instruction detached from reality, but rather a practical education capable of responding to social needs—infusing the spirit and cultural values society requires through active practice. How to cultivate talents who possess humanistic literacy and a willingness to contribute to society is the core concern of those working in the humanities.

將研究所得細緻的人文理論,轉化成國家社會之文化精神,這是高等教育的傳統使命,也是中文系、歷史系、哲學系等人文領域在大學設立的重要原因。如何透過實踐將人文精神灌注到社會而非只是理想性的引導社會,這是現代人文教育的挑戰,而實踐不能脫離生活,就必須關注自己生活所在的土地,並對之做出理解與貢獻。

Translating nuanced humanistic theories derived from research into the cultural spirit of the nation and society is a traditional mission of higher education. It is also a primary reason for establishing humanities departments such as Chinese Literature, History, and Philosophy within universities. The challenge for modern humanistic education lies in how to instill this spirit into society through practice rather than just providing idealistic guidance. Since practice cannot be separated from daily life, one must focus on the land where they live, seeking to understand it and contribute to it.

輔仁大學文學院秉持著本校基督信仰與中華文化共通所注重的生命價值、仁愛精神及服務實踐,以社會認同及參與為基礎,注意及配合時代發展所產生的人文議題。除了長期發展中國文學系、歷史系及哲學系等人文學科外,今朝向培養具備人文素養及社會實踐能力的人才的方向發展,故在文學院設置「人文與社區創新學士學位學程」。

Guided by the shared emphasis of Christian faith and Chinese culture on life values, the spirit of benevolence, and service-oriented practice, the College of Liberal Arts at Fu Jen Catholic University builds upon social identity and engagement while remaining attentive to emerging humanistic issues in a developing era. In addition to the long-term development of the Departments of Chinese Literature, History, and Philosophy, the college is now moving toward cultivating talents equipped with both humanistic literacy and social practice capabilities. To this end, the College of Liberal Arts has established the "Bachelor’s Program in Humanities and Community Innovation."

教學目標

Educational Objectives

核心目標本學程之發展基於五大核心目標「輔仁精神」、「人文化成」、「在地培力」、「學養貢獻」、「跨域實踐」。將「知識」與「技能」兩方面的知識整合實踐為本學程特色,其內容分別為:

The development of this program is founded upon five core pillars: "The Fu Jen Spirit," "Humanistic Transformation," "Local Empowerment," "Academic Contribution," and "Cross-Disciplinary Practice." A defining characteristic of this program is the integration of "Knowledge" and "Skills" into practical application. The specific components are as follows:

知識面上:歷史與文化、哲學與宗教、本國語文與文學。

Knowledge Domain: History and culture; Philosophy and religion; National language and literature

技能面上:閱讀理解、積極傾聽、文字表達、口語表達、批判思考、主動學習、人際覺察、合作、服務導向、解決複雜問題、判斷和決策、系統分析、系統評估、創意力、原創力、彈性應變/適應、主動任事、實作能力。

Skills Domain: Reading comprehension; active listening and learning; written and oral expression; critical thinking; complex problem solving; judgment and decision making; system analysis and evaluation; social perceptiveness; collaboration; service orientation; creativity; originality; flexibility/adaptability; proactivity/taking Initiative; practical implementation skills.

學程特色課室內外學習機制

Program Features: In-Class and Extra-Curricular Learning Mechanisms

  1. 本學程內之「全人教育」、「創新能力」、「人文素養」、「人文技藝」課程模組,以課室內教學為主,培養學生學識與技藝。
    The curriculum modules of this program—"Holistic Education," "Innovation Capability," "Humanistic Literacy," and "Humanistic Crafts & Skills"—primarily utilize classroom instruction to cultivate students' academic knowledge and technical proficiency.
  2. 課室外之實務學習則將邀請業師,引領學生走入輔仁大學新莊塭仔圳,一方面,配合塭仔圳在地風土條件與社區居民、產業,設計社區田野調查、社區服務、社區產業實習等課程,使學生培養在特定時空環境應用其學養知識之能力;一方面發揮輔仁大學社會責任,培養學生學養貢獻的服務精神。期許學生培育此種應用實踐能力,未來實踐在其個人獨特的時空世界之中。
    For practical learning outside the classroom, industry experts will be invited to lead students into the Wenzaizhun area of Xinzhuang, where Fu Jen Catholic University is located. On one hand, courses such as community field surveys, community service, and local industry internships will be designed to align with Wenzaizhun’s local conditions, residents, and industries. These courses aim to help students develop the ability to apply their academic knowledge within a specific environmental and historical context. On the other hand, this initiative fulfills Fu Jen Catholic University’s social responsibility by fostering a spirit of service and academic contribution among students. The goal is for students to cultivate this capacity for practical application so they may implement it within their own unique personal and professional worlds in the future.
    無論是課室內外,本學程擬在課程中配合創新教學方法,透過創新設計、產業成果導向、跨域協作、社會實踐、創新創業、地方創生、健康醫療、自主學習等課程特色設計,協助學生培養學用合一之能力。
    Whether inside or outside the classroom, this program intends to incorporate innovative teaching methods into the curriculum. By utilizing course designs characterized by innovative design, industry-outcome orientation, cross-disciplinary collaboration, social practice, innovation and entrepreneurship, local revitalization, healthcare, and autonomous learning, the program aims to assist students in developing the ability to seamlessly integrate their academic learning with practical application.
  3. 另外,配合業師、導師制度及輔仁大學職涯發展與就業輔導體制,針對學生個人志趣與透過實務學習課程累積對自我的認識,協助其規劃個人學業地圖,進而透過職涯活動、講座、就業力認證等,輔導學生規劃其個人職涯。
    Furthermore, in coordination with industry mentors, the tutor system, and Fu Jen Catholic University’s Career Development and Employment Guidance framework, we support students based on their personal interests and the self-awareness gained through practical learning courses. We assist them in mapping out a personalized academic roadmap and subsequently guide them in planning their individual careers through career-related activities, lectures, and employability certifications.
